Top 5 A weekend by the French water!

Hey, Hey sailors!

With the asphalt and pavements as the everyday life surroundings, we need to recharge our batteries in order to connect with Mother Nature and go away for a weekend visiting one of our beautiful French coasts. Whether to sail, to soak your little toe, to explore the vicinity or just to bask in the sun, let’s escape thanks to this special selection of locations made by Béton Ciré!

The Pointe du Raz

We set sail for Brittany, and what's more normal, it's Miki’s motherland!

After having surveyed the trails of this gigantic cliff, we take a break at Monsieur Papiera cute stationer’s shop which also propose coffee and snacks to finally finish this perfect day with a fully deserved room with a sea view at the Breiz Armor hotel.

The Arcachon Basin

What's better than savoring a delicious seafood platter at La Cabane d’Hortense during an excursion to the Bassin d'Arcachon? We are wary of the wind so we put our Chalutier hat and our rubber boots on to go fishing for lures, like in the good old days!
We wade, we jump in puddles and we splash our neighbors like a real return to childhood.

The Vermeille Coast

We head south to discover a real piece of paradise, the Vermeille coast. Dressed with our marinière shirt, we go stroll in the streets and on the old port of Collioure. We let ourselves be carried away by the charming and artistic atmosphere that seduced and inspired Picasso, Matisse or Braque while savoring a pistachio vanilla ice cream. Between mountains, small coves, vineyards and pretty harbors, even the toughest pirates will be seduced!

Honfleur city and beach

We pass the Norman side and we let ourselves be charmed by the city of Honfleur and its narrow streets with colorful houses, to soak up the magic of the place that Monet or Baudelaire have left behind. Because traveling in time it digs, we take a lunch break at the Alcyone before continuing this historic and artistic escapade between land and sea!

Lake Annecy

The Venice of the Alps is in sight! We stop by the Auberge de l'Etraz then we walk around the lake. Direction the heights of the city to enjoy the breathtaking view of the turquoise waters of the lake. Arriving on top, we set our Vichy tablecloth along with the good food from our basket, coming from. We eat, we enjoy, we take our time, we are happy!
